Can I make changes to my personalized item?
At Pink Gator, we are committed to providing only the very finest shopping experience to our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your happiness with the products you receive from us. With that said if you need to change your order for any reason please contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN STOP YOUR ORDER IN TIME. IT WILL DEPEND ON HOW QUICKLY YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED AT THE VENDOR. WE WILL DO OUR BEST.
Errors made by Pink Gator or the Vendor: If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the vendor, we will happily return item and send out a new one at no cost to you.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrap online?
Only selected items shipping are eligible for gift messaging and gift wrap. If your order is eligible please email us or call so we can discuss your needs and if we can accommodate.

Yes! Pink Gator offers a wide variety of items, including handbags, that can be monogrammed with many font and color choices to choose.
What is your return Policy?
We are proud of our Pink Gator product assortment and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of Pink Gators products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed, special order items and final sale items. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped.
How do I make a return?
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise thru the mail for a refund or replacement if still available. To make a return by mail, email or call us for a RA number which needs to be on package when shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Non- personalized, in stock items will be produced and shipped out within 3 business days. We will notify you if your item is on back-order.
Most customized items are produced within 14-21 business days at which time we will ship your order. If a rush order is needed please call us. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed but like stated before if a correction is need please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct item but not Guaranteed.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our standard shipping includes USPS ground unless otherwise requested.
Shipping to Canada is by USPS First Class international which takes 7-10 days. Can be upgraded to Fedex shipping for additional charge ( Need to call us).
Shipping time from our store to most West Coast will take 4-5 business days. The Mid Atlantic, Southwest and Midwest will take 2-5 business days. For earlier delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge ( please call us for more information).
